Sri Lanka–Pakistan T20I Series Revenue to Support ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced that all revenue generated from the upcoming Twenty20 International series against Pakistan will be donated to the ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund.

The decision was taken by the Sri Lanka Cricket Executive Committee as part of its commitment to support the Government’s recovery and reconstruction programme, following the widespread damage caused by Cyclone Dithva. The initiative aims to assist affected communities and contribute to the nation’s rebuilding efforts.

In addition to the financial contribution, Sri Lanka Cricket will use the series as a platform to promote tourism by highlighting the campaign #VisitSriLanka, encouraging international visitors to rediscover the island.

The three-match Sri Lanka–Pakistan T20I series will be played on January 7, 9 and 11, with all matches scheduled to take place at Dambulla.
