Sri Lankan javelin star Rumesh Tharanga Pathirage has etched his name into the history books by climbing to World No. 3 in the latest World Athletics men’s javelin rankings with 1,324 ranking points, becoming the highest-ranked Sri Lankan male athlete ever.
